My fiancée and I flew out east to PEI to visit his family and explore the island. When we decided to make this trip in December 2021, he knew that’s where he wanted to propose to me. He secretly collaborated with our 2 best friends on which ring to get, and how to get it out to the island without me knowing. We went down to the beach to “take photos before dinner”, and as I was fussing over what I was wearing, he looked at me and said, “I think you’re missing something important for this picture”, got down on one knee, and asked me to spend the rest of our lives together when he opened the box and I saw the ring, I just about died, it was exactly what I pictured having as an engagement

I would say that Luis and I met and what we now consider is a very conventional method for meeting people… We swiped right. From the start, things were very serious, and we knew that we wanted to spend our lives with each other. I decided to go on a celebratory Europe trip with some of my friends after graduating, PA school and lo and behold - My fiancé surprised me in the most dreamy and romantic Switzerland spot! With the help of my friends, he was able to fly across the world, meet us, and pull up to the most beautiful place with the most beautiful ring!
I’ve had multiple people reach out and ask how I feel about getting my ring from an online store but no I’m person store beats getting the ring you’ve always dreamed of and the customer service was incredible.

Some of the rings that Monclaire has are some of the most unique rings I’ve ever seen. I’m typically a very indecisive person, but I remember looking through the Instagram profile and story highlights and falling in love with my ring. It was love at first sight, and I’ve never been more sure of anything else (outside of my fiancé of course ). I get at least one to two compliments a day on the daintiness and diamond.
